La The Inter-American Cement Federation (FICEM) represents cement-producing companies, institutes, and associations across Latin America and the Caribbean. Its mission is to promote and strengthen the key pillars of the global cement agenda, including climate and biodiversity protection, circular economy, energy efficiency, climate change adaptation, and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions mitigation. It also promotes best practices in the use of cement and concrete through their various applications.

FICEM also leads the regional cement industry's efforts to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.
